2. Legal persons (in the case of orders placed on behalf of a legal person): information of the delegated person such as: name and surname, telephone number, email address.
Attention! The refusal to provide the data requested by NORBERTO FASHION SRL for placing an Order, determines the impossibility to finalize the Order, the non-conclusion of the distance contract and implicitly the impossibility to deliver the ordered products/services.
In case you modify, by using the forms on the website, the personal data already provided to NORBERTO FASHION SRL and there are orders in progress, the respective orders keep their data from the moment of placing the order, and the delivery of the Products will be made without taking into account the new data. If you disclose such data to third parties, they bear full responsibility for their own actions. In such situations, NORBERTO FASHION SRL will not be liable for any damages whatsoever.
